Since 2022 he has led $25M+ of residential renovation work, building the PM teams and standardized processes that keep execution predictable. 22 years in construction and real estate; licensed GC and agent (CO & GA).

Jerrod owns daily operations and delivery, with 20+ years running residential and commercial projects from $50K to $30MM — from medical offices to hundreds of new-construction homes and 300-unit multifamily communities.
