Jerrod McMahan

Managing Partner 


Jerrod is responsible for the company’s overall growth and business development.  Joining Renovar Construction in 2017, he has two decades of experience in the construction industry and lends his wealth of knowledge to manage the construction and development of single family and multi-family homes.

From project planning to execution, Jerrod supports a variety of processes—plan reviews, permit processing, estimates, scheduling, project completion and more, to ensure the successful construction of homes that meet the functionality and design needs of our clients. His extensive project management experience is a driving force in the success of Renovar’s projects.

Prior to joining Renovar Construction, Jerrod co-founded a residential and light commercial general contracting company in the southeast United States, where he was the Regional VP and Director of Operations. He has also served in managerial roles at different home building entities.

Jerrod received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, Jerrod likes to take his family camping in remote areas throughout the Rockies, playing golf, enduro dirt biking and mountain biking. He also coaches his daughter’s competitive 14U travel softball team and is the assistant coach for his son’s competitive 12U travel baseball team.



Jacob McMahan

Managing Partner 


Jacob is responsible for supervising the overall operations and construction process every step of the way. He joined Renovar Construction in 2016 and since then, he has continually contributed his leadership, management and skills to our organization, ensuring projects follow the proper design, budget and scheduling processes.

Alongside his construction expertise, Jacob brings years of recruitment and customer relations experience. Thanks to his background, Jacob possesses a great understanding of the construction industry and is highly aware of the different needs that may arise throughout a project’s development, such as timeline changes, material updates and crew management.

In his previous role at a recognized engineering recruiting firm, Jacob was chosen to champion the national rollout of their new Customer Relationship Management system, and went on to earning the firm $90k in permanent placement fees within his first year of implementation.

Jacob earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Communication from Colorado Christian University and obtained a M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of work, Jacob likes to be adventurous outdoors with his family. This includes hiking in the mountains, camping, weekend trips to mountain towns. He also likes to snowboard in the back country with his friends and travel with them to mountain biking destinations.
